Each product page describes the real condition. Signs of age are part of the story; any specific flaw (snag, stain, wear) is listed separately under “Known flaws”.

Almost never. Once a piece sells it stays online marked SOLD.

Trust the “fits like” size and the measurements on the product page rather than the label: vintage sizing, especially Italian, doesn't match today's. The size guide has the conversions.

Yes. Mid size and plus size pieces are part of every drop. You can filter by fit in the shop.

No. You can order without an account. An account keeps your orders and wishlist together.

Write to us as soon as possible via the Contact page with your order number. If the piece hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best.

For now, to France with Colissimo, to a relay point or to your door. Italy, Spain, Germany and the United Kingdom are coming soon.

Each order is prepared by hand within 5 to 12 working days, then shipped. Carrier time is added on top.

Yes, over €100.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Write to us before sending it back, with your order number. Return shipping is at your cost and the piece must come back in the condition it was sent.

After the piece is received and checked. You get an email at each step.
